1. ROOF RESTORATIONS: using a clear epoxy sealer engineered for asphalt shingle roofs, we can extend the lifespan of your roof by 5 - 10 years. The product is safe, effective, and tested and studied for the last 10 years. It works by re-adhering granules, re-hydrating your roof, and sealing micro-cracks in the asphalt under the granules.
2. Moss removal and spraying, plus zinc or copper installation ensuring long-term roof protection from moss and algae.
3. Cutting tree branches back from roof to prevent damages.
4. Repairs: roof patches and gutter repairs.
* A full roof restoration to extend the lifespan of your roof by 10 years typically involves removing all organic material including moss, spraying to deter the regrowth of that material, and sealing with a shingle shield product.
